I know taht she can do only swimming and biking ,but can she swim like others or she should avoid some actions of swimming?

She needs to avoid back extension activities. I know of spondylolisthesis being graded 1-4, 1 being the least amount ofvertebral slippage. Go see a spinal orthopaedic doctor. Chances are with some physical therapy she may be able to do a lot more activities and prevent future problems.

I am not a doctor but I do know swimming is a very good way to exercise without impacting the body. I would have her avoid any diving and make sure her entry into the pool is by way of the ladder. She may want to avoid butterfly strokes which involve more back movement. Basic front stroke and back stroke should be safe. I would check with a professional before I actually did any of this first.

I'm sure that her recommended movements would depend upon what is shown on her x-ray and MRI. If it's painful to her she'll know immediately not to do that.
