Only time will heal your needing to get over an ex. Right now just take it a step at a time and go out with friends and family and enjoy your newfound single life. Your are most definately not obsessed but sound like you are sad that he is out of your life.

everyone's first boyfriend/girlfriend is important to them. you arent obsessed you just need to put things in perspective. you obviously broke up with him for a reason so focus on that to help make you realize why he isn't the right guy for you. and since you went out for so long, it might take you a couple months to get over him completely.

whew! you forgot to mention the hours... quite obvious that you're inlove with him. Is there any chance to a reconcilliation? If there is, work it out, if there is no, well, remember that its pretty normal to be hurt, its not about the duration of the relationship anyway, its about the bonding. but whatever it is, no matter how hard it is, you have to move on. try to look around, how old are you anyway?

there is no simple way to get over someone that you loved it normal to feel as you do.but as time go on, things will get better
your heart will heal and you will see that life does go on. but
start to do things that will keep you busy, friends, hobby. etc
time will heal all wounds. so you stay strong. event ally you will
see that there is a silver lining.

hey i say that this will be hard and juts look for some bf or boy and tell them your story just don't let them take over you or run over you because the women today need to be Strong and work to gather so hang in there becks it is gonging to hard

time, that is the only thing that can or will work. if you started with someone else you would just get mixed up and wind up hurting more, and not knowing why.

Relax make alot of time for yourself. workout yoga is really good.and don't worry about him wait a couple of weeks before you start dating again.
