i was with a friend talking and noticed this girl looking at me...as i noticed her she looked away...so i thought okay...then as i sat down with my friend i could still see she was glancing every now and then at me..should i have approached her?

Yes, that may have been an open door for a conversation. I think eye contact means whatever you want it to. Your mind is pre-programmed with your personal history and experiences. So, your reaction to this woman looking at you, was to not approach her. Why wouldn't you? hmmm....food for thought.

This is an old trick, that Her Mother taught her. To gain favor with someone she was interested in. She's wanting to know if you have enough Brain Matter, to pick up on her Pick-up? Answer with a bow, and acknowledge that you are smart enough to read Eye Language. She'll appreciate it.

you should of man...you can tell but was she smiling at you when you saw her looking at you? cause if she was then she might of like you ...but don't freak her out who knows she might be noticing a smudge on your shirt or something so be careful
