When you are walking by him one day, 'accidently' trip and fall into his arms. And if both of you end up on the floor, then so much the better. You will most definitely introduce yourself to him. And he will get a good feel what it's like to be close to you. Perhaps he will like it so much that he will want to be close to you again on a hot date.
But if being close to you doesn't get his attention, then perhaps he is not your type. And you would be better off pursuing some other guy.

If he is still with a girl he hates then he doesnt sound that great, you may end up being that girl one day.

if he has a gf, that must mean he cares about her, a tiny bit at least. i would first wait until they broke up. and then, flirt with him.... and then he may know that u like him.
