I've never been a waiter before but for those of you who have/are waiters... what do you do when you're interested in a customer? I went to a bar & grill today and when i walked in this girl working behind the bar gave me a look + smile. then she ended up being our waiter and i was sitting at a high table, and when she came to take our order my knee was touching her thigh and she wasnt backing away. She was friendly like most waiters are, and gave me good eye contact. I go to a lot of restaurants (like daily) but today i got a different vibe? do you think i was right about this? if so is there anything i could have done? I was with my family.... Also i saw her check out my watch and its a rolex lol.

The best one that I got was from a waiter at a mexican restaurant. He was interested and ended up slipping his number in the tortilla box (LOL). Bam there it was ontop of the tortillas. Now really you can do a similar thing by eating at the restaurant again at the same time and leave your number with your tip. The next day after you eat you can also deliver her flowers with a card.

I went to college so I didn't need to be a waiter. She was just being friendly so go rub one out or take a cold shower.

i would say shes interested it is not exactly standard practice for waitresses or waiters to touch their customers i know i wouldnt i would definitely do the card thing then the ball is in her court without putting her on the spot

Ok if your smart and work as a server, you never hit on someone too much, if they want to give their number, they will, if you try to hard you could lose your job. That being said, I am a guy, straight, I have flirted with gay men to get a better tip. you should have given her your number, she flirts with people all day, if she wants to call then she would.
