I'm just trying to pick out a moral i can do for a public address speech for school.

just use any of those morals that you learned about in elementary school
how about from if you give a mouse a cookie, he'll ask for a glass of milk... never being satisfied
i personally like stories that have morals about karma: what goes around comes around.
also there is dont judge a book by its cover. this applies to anything really, people, buisness, friendships, books haha...
i dont know, its a lot harder to think of these on the spot

sour grapes.the story goes like this, a fox wanted some grapes that were hanging high on a vine. He jumped and jumped and could not get to them..so he walked away in a huff saying,"they were probably sour anyway" The Moral: Just because you can't have something doesn't mean it/they were no good.

a moral is something a person upholds. for example in my morals im waiting untill marriage for sex. another might be a boy never hitting a girl

guess you could basically say the 10 commandment's are morels.
