Ok. My Best Friends Brouther, and next door neibor wrote my twin a note saying he loved her. Im realy worried beacuse he is a drug addict. He is also 20 and we are 13. Every time I see them together he is all over her. She is super flirty and she will NEVER STOP. So I need advice on how to get both of them to stop.
Iv told my parents but they dont belive me, they think he is a nice guy.

First off this guy would be considered a sexual predator or a pedophile. If your parents won't listen to you I suggest you go to the police. This is wrong and that guy needs to be stopped.

If you really know that he is a drug addict, you really have to do something. You can talk to any adult around you anyway an uncle or something, you're still a minor and so as your twin sis so you'll have all the support you can get. Try to find someone who could talk to this guy and let him know he's playing with a minor and he can be imprisoned for that specially if he having physical contact with your twin.

First, you're right to be worried about this. This is called statutory rap if they're doing anything. Are you're parents braindead? The fact that makes this wrong is the age, and definitly the drug thing. Don't stop trying to tell your parents and if you have to, go to your school counslor, there is nothing that makes parents worry than a call from the school. I hope for your sisters sake, she stops. DON"T STOP TRYING TO GET HER OUT OF THIS MESS!

Get some photographic proof and turn your evidence over to the cops. If this guy gets convicted your grand kids will be his age by the time he gets out. If that doesn't work then shoot him.
