How was God born... He wasn't born He's the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end.
No one gave "birth" to God.... but Mary who was favored of all women of her time was chosen to give "birth" to Immanuel, which means "God is with us". Who was God in flesh.
God has many names... some are very elite....
God is the Creator of all things.
Life is what you make of it... it could be good... it could be bad. Its up to you! Use your "free will".

1) God was not born or else he would not be God; he would not be Infinite.
2) Well God said his name was "I am" which means he doesn't really have a name, he just "is". Also in the Gospel of John when we read "In the beginning was the Word"; the Greek word used, Logos, or Word, was the very first known name for God and it is traced back to Sumerian cuneiform; the oldest language known to man. Logos is so old that Logos is older than the name "God"....
3) God is Supreme, but since he is Infinite nothing can surpass him and he cannot make something greater than himself since you cannot make something greater than Infinite. God is a Spirit and cannot be measured or physically seen.
4) The meaning of life.. Do you mean "why were we created" or simply the meaning of life? I don't know why we were created, it doesn't really matter to me, the fact is that I know I am alive so I don't care why I am alive, I just care about what I need to do to manage my life productively.

God was born out of the fears of man. Humans gave birth to ALL the gods. It's name varies depending on time/culture. God is a coping mechanism for all the things people don't understand, fear and deny. The meaning of life is for you to decide.

There is no birth, only our insistence on "living" in this focus called "life".

You are right No one can answer this question for you. You must discover the answer for yourself. This is accomplished by a long and devout struggle to have a personal relation with the Spirit that created all things. After a long term personal relationship with the Spirit the Spirit will answer the question for you as only the Spirit can. You got a long way to go and a short time to get there.

Perhaps this is practice in futility but I know that Father God's name if I AM, in the hebrew to english it is Jehovah. He is the creator of all things and nothing was created that He did not make. As to the meaning of life for man it is to re-establish ourselves as first created without sin and to live with Father God forever. This is done by acceptance of Jesus Christ as savior and the emboding of the Holy Spirit. It really isn't that difficult.

Hum a lot of christian answers i see.But yes as one said you need to be a bit more specific as to which religion you are referring to.
The Creator is called the Self made one, the Ancient of Days, the Alpha and Omega, It has as many names as there are stars in the sky and grains of sand in all the oceans.
