I am a 3rd year B.Tech student. I along with my friends want to do something good for our society ; our country.We all want to open an NGO but we don't have any knowledge and also we don't have any funds.So what we have decided is to join an existing NGO and work.
If anyone can help then please do.

Hi I had read your question earlier today but was not sure how to answer it. I am really glad to know that the youth today are coming forward to contribute towards the development of our great nation. I am not sure from which part of India you hail from but that is irrelevant 'cause once you have decided to do something you have actually taken a step towards your goal.

I am from Maharashtra and I am really worried about the power cut situation and suicides committed by the farmers there. I keep wishing that I can do something to help the situation.

Looking at those NGO activists and how they dress themselves it seem to me that people who talk about it want to make good money.
Moreover they look like Hippocrates more then real concern with the subject.

yes, you will see many good social causes. why not support this one with all your might and recruit many good people to do God's work on earth..its better to light one candle then to curse the darkness! Read Chapter verse Matthew chapter 6..sermon on the mount!
