I would wait to see what her personality is like; if she acts flaky and goofy, name her Snowflake. Or if she is chubby she might look like a little Snowball. And Snowbell is just adorable too. One thing you might try is setting her down when she is calm and repeating them to her and seeing which one she responds best too, that way it will be a tad easier to teach her to come when you call her. Good luck, she sounds adorable! ps i am assuming its a girl but if its a boy i think all those names are fine for a boy or girl either one

If its a male name him Snowball and if its a female go with Snowbell. Good Luck and enjoy your new cat.

I like 'Snowbell'. People might think you're saying 'snowball' with a bad accent, but I think it's cute.
My second choice would be 'snowflake'. : )

Because of the blue eyes I'd have chosen "Blue" as his/her name because snowball, snowflake and snowbell are obvious, stereotypical and overused. Every time I meet a white cat, they are named 'snow...something' but if you're going to choose one, go with snowflake. (But I still like "Blue" better =D. It's unique and sounds pretty and...well people will ask where the name came from...okay I'll stop making my case for "Blue" even though I like it -fake pouts-)
PS. We named our cats Wylie and Zoë (with the umlauts (double dots) over the e) because Wylie reminded us of Wild E. Coyote and played Wildly, little finesse with the name and Wylie stuck. Zoë we got because it sounded so princess like, and she is very much like a princess. We get comments and compliments all the time for naming our cats’ unique names and get asked where they originated all the time. Telling the stories of their names is the fun part!).

I like snowbell - it sounds cat-like. BTW, did you know that blue eyed white cats are deaf? When I was younger my mom backed over one and the owner told her all of them were deaf and the cat couldn't hear the car. We didn't believe her (thought it was a wive's tale) but when we took the cat in to have hip surgery our vet told us this was in fact true. So be sure to keep an eye on the cat - they may not hear some things that are dangers to them.

Depends whether it's male or female. If it's male I'd go with Snowball. If it's female I'd go with Snowbell.
