Twenty-eight pounds or less -- or you could kill yourself with an improper fast and loose 180. A water only fast ( which is a true fast ) is about two pounds per day or less. It may or may not show up on the scale the first few days. You may show nothing and on the fourth day register six pounds less.
Please be advised that a fast takes double the time to finish. If you fast one week you should not resume a normal intake (healthy or not) for another seven days. If you fast two weeks it should be four weeks before you are back to eating three squares a day.
Breaking the fast is more critical and harder than starting the fast and you can seriously injure yourself if you pig out, even at the end of a three day fast. To come off a two week fast with a normal intake of food is asking for serious pain, physical and possibly emotional trouble or shock.
If you have the will power for two weeks why not do four four day fasts for a total loss of 32 pounds. You avoid the stage where you may become extremely weak and to resume eating is much easier and straight forward.
After four days or under seven days break with fresh fruit for two or three meals; light soups the second day and the third day green vegetables. Then back on the eighth day to another four day fast and so on.
Avoid milk as it may cause bloat or go with a little goats milk the second or third day
On your plan I think you will show a loss of no less than 19 pounds even if you do not exercise. It could be as much as 28 pounds.
If you get down to a your proper weight in a fast, and take the full time to come off the fast, you will not gain back a lot of extra weight, especially if your water intake is good and your body Ph is in balance. Good luck, study up on fasting and be kind to your stomach.
Two week breakin following two week fast:::::: if you insist. .
On the 15th day, at your end weight, I would have an intake of about four liters of pure water (daily) with at most three tablespoons of apple juice or other fresh juices (morning, noon and night with water). Day 16 I go with tablespoons of grapefruit or orange juice (morning, noon and night). The addition of sauerkraut juice in day two, three or four will help. Fresh tomato juice with no seeds is also an option. Day five you can go to grapes with no skin or seeds and grapefruit wedges. Maybe chew a tablespoon of raisins or trail mix real fine Days six, seven and eight more fresh fruits of various types. Chew very well. Days nine, ten, eleven, variety of light soups. Days twelve, thirteen and fourteen green veggies and slowly back to healthy diet.

I lost 20 lbs in one month by doing a strict 800-calorie a day diet, with no extra exercise.
If you do a complete fast, you'll probably lose a lot, but you're going to gain it all back if you go back to regular eating habits.
When you do any extreme diets, you HAVE to very, very gradually increase your calorie intake. As in, over a few months.
I ended up staying on a diet that was guaranteed to make you lose 20 lbs in one month, for about 4 months strictly and like 2 more months at 1000 calories. I lost 65 lbs. I didn't even start exercising until after I ended the diet.
You can try doing an hour of cardio during your fast, but I can almost promise you're going to pass out, vomit, hyperventilate or something far worse and land yourself in the hospital.
I'd suggest that if you're going to do a fast-- and no, that's not unhealthy, as long as it's only two weeks-- you shouldn't do much more than a brisk walk every day. You won't NEED anything more.
But when the two weeks is over, if you don't want to put it all back on in a hurry, do like 2 days of 400 calories, 3 days of 500, 4 days of 600, a week of 700, two weeks of 800, three weeks of 900, and then stick to 1000 a day.
If you weight 180 right now, I'd say by the end of the 2 weeks you could lose 20 lbs.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

well if you manage to stick with it and not pass out from the cardio (by the way, you should stop if you start feeling dizzy at all), you will probably lose about 10 pounds of fat, and a lot of water weight, unless you are drinking a ton of water...
1 pound = 3500 calories... so if you figure that you'll be burning about 2000 calories a day without working out and 3000 a day when you work out, it adds up to be 35000 calories burned, which is 10 pounds of fat you will have lost for good... so, if you eat healthy after you finish, you should expect to at least be 170 after gaining back the water weight...

Probably around 5-10lbs but as soon asyou start eating it'll go back on. Just eat healthy food s and exercise regulary. A 30 minute brisk walk each day should be enough. If you do a watr only fast your body will not get important nutrients and you'll end up sick and maybe damage some vital organs.
