A question full of irony..
If he is such a good man, why did you both break up? How can you be so sure that he sent you the flowers when it is signed "secret admirer"? Yes, maybe if there are some subtle signs..
If the break-up happened not because of your will or his will, then maybe you have a chance to win his heart again, or vice versa. Good luck.

He may still like you but you shouldnt jump to conclusions. First you have to ask your self if he acts liek this around other girls. If he doenst you should keep that in the back of your mind. If you begin to feel strongly about him then you should confront him. You guys have already gone out once so it shouldnt be so hard.

If he is flirting with you then definitely he still likes u. You seem to also like him and would like to get back with him so when he flirts all you do is flirt back. But try not to be very obvious.
