I can't answer as to the effectiveness of this product for tattoo removal, but Salicylic Acid is a product they use in Acne washes and creams. I use those washes and creams 2 or 3 times a day so I seriously doubt it will build up in your system or be dangerous to you in any way.

Tattoos are meant to be permanent. This is one of the reasons why nobody should get one until they are around 21-23. Old enough to understand what they are getting into. Even removing creams dont work 100%. The only sure fire way of removing is through laser surgery.

To date, the only truely safe method of tattoo removal is by laser. It takes many sessions, hurts worse than the original tattoo, and will still leave visible scarring for a while. Also, it costs around $200/square inch. The best bet is to give a great deal of thought before getting a tattoo, and to consider them to be permanent. First question to ask yourself before getting a tattoo is: will I still like this when I'm 99 years old?

the salycylic acid is not going to build up in your system. it is used everyday by people in acne washes etc.
i highly doubt that the cream will work though. i cant see how it is going to remove your tattoo. it may end up lightening - which will just make your tat look worse. if you really wanna get rid of your tat, your probably going to have to fork out for laser treatment sorry

if it works or if it does not work if you are unsure if the product is safe i would not use that because it can mess up your skind and i would rather have a bad tattoo then an ugly blob or scar because of this product
