Ok. My Best Friends Brouther, and next door neibor wrote my twin a note saying he loved her. Im realy worried beacuse he is a drug addict. He is also 20 and we are 13. Every time I see them together he is all over her. She is super flirty and she will NEVER STOP. So I need advice on how to get both of them to stop.

This guy is obviously no good. He's going after your sister because she's only 13 and he is pretty sure that he can get her to **** him ,or close enough to it, because she's so young and very possibly impressionable. All he wants is ***, and he's DISGUSTING for going after someone so young!! Talk to your sister, and if that doesn't help I would really advise talking to your parents because this can go SERIOUSLY wrong. Your sister may be annoyed at you for a little while, but it would be better than having your neighbor and her be involved in statutory rape. It's illegal in three different ways : 1) he's more than 4 years older than her 2) he's over 18 and she's younger and 3) she's under the age of 16. He can go to jail if they sleep together. ANYWAY... don't try and deal directly with him, that can lead to trouble you don't want to deal with.

Well I will tell you a true story. I had a friend who at 13 years old fell into the wrong crowd, began dating an older guy who had been in jail, and then because of this crowd's influence allowed her grades to drop to failing....and married this guy at 14.
By the time she was 18 she had three kids, the guy was abusing her, and she was trying to hold the marriage together.
By the time she was 21 she was planning on leaving....because she was realizing her mistake.....so he got her and the kids in the car and drove into a cement embankment, planning to kill them all....but just killed her instead! He was caught trying to flee the scene, and her children ended up without either parent to raise them.
Was it worth it? No Way! So show this story to your twin...tell
her sometimes you only get one chance to get it right...don't flirt with disaster...it can cost you! ...And let her know it's because you care about her. This story is true. I raised my kids...my friend didn't get to.
And some things are important enough to get an adult involved.
So if you have a parent who will pay attention, tell them your concern before it is too late. Maybe they can do something.

Tell your parents about him and what is going on. Or tell another friend the problem and have that friend call your parents and anonymously tell your parents for you. A parent needs to force your twin to stop this behavior. Also try saying things like you saw him kissing another girl or that he is gross. Have all your friends constantly tell your twin not to date him.

you should tell your parents your sister is a miner this guy could get in to trubble. talk to your sis tell her what you think she might listen. if some thing like that goes on with my little sister i would do every thing i could to make sher nothing bad hapend to her, and the guy is doing drugs thats not good ether. try to get your parents invalved thats the best way to get ride of the guy. Talk to an adult who you can trust. Your sister could be in trouble. She is a teen girl so she doesn't want to listen to anyone. Get help for her. If you feel that this "man" is not safe, don't be the only one to try to stop this.

What he is doing is illegal report him to your parents, or to a teacher, do this now before he gets your sister hooked on drugs, or worse dead. He is an adult your sister is a minor, he could end up raping her, and worse. This is no joke report him NOW!

if he just smokes pot, he is not a drug addict.. just a stoner...and stoners are cool, in their personality and relaxing nature i mean. but i would tell your mom, if he is 20! and your 13! he is a pedaphile.. and i would seek help now he only wants you to fulfill his sick void for sex with a young child.
