Lately i've noticed that when i'm falling asleep, I make a moaning sound exhaling. What is that.?

Sometimes, just when i'm about to fall asleep, I hear a moaning sound when i exhale, like my body has suddenly relaxed. I've noticed this over the last three months. I snore terribly and have sleep apnea, but this is relatively new. Is there a name for this.

It is just another form of snoring

yeah, it's called your voice. have you actually been diagnosed with sleep apnea, it is very serious. you should wear that mask that they give you, it should help. And you should go to a plastic surgeon to see if you have a deviated septum and get it repaired, or else you could die in your sleep
