Nobody can prove any gods, much less a specific god, exist; many people will tell you their god exists but no others, but will never be able to prove it, even if they think so. Some will threaten you with eternal pain or promise eternal joy to get you to believe in their god; these are all stories, created for people who were scared long before we understood the universe. Now we have no more reason for these superstitions.

No, I do not believe in an almighty being that has our lives basically pre-written for us.
But, I do believe in, and know, our Heavenly Father. What tangible proof do I have. Proof you can see and touch. None. But, can you prove the big bang theory? Can anyone prove life in other galaxies (I do believe there are other inhabited planets)? At one time, people believe the world was flat. There were also people who believe the universe revolved around Earth.
Why would anyone believe humans have become so smart as to prove positively one belief or another? Man has always been stupid. History proves this. We keep making the same mistakes over and over and over. We have been fighting, killing, raping, murdering, destroying, plundering, stealing, and God knows what else since the beginning of time. And, one of the questions always asked is there a god.
I believe people need to be more tolerant of others. I believe in having patience with people I come in contact with. I believe we should not judge others based on style, money, or other nonsense. I believe everyone needs to practice loving each other. Notice I said practice. I'm talking action here, not lip service. What have we done to stop world hunger?
Have you ever noticed how people sit on their fat donkey until some major earth shattering diaster. Take the sunami (sp) for example. Hundreds of thousands of people died in minutes. Everybody started donating money and things. What have we done to eradicate diseases in Africa?
Generally speaking, I believe we are all guilty of not doing enough. We are too busy trying to prove something to others that we don't take the time to help others. Our moneys are going for the $80,000 vehicles that get 10 miles to the gallon, and we gripe about the war in Iraq. We spend tons of money and time playing video games, yet third world countries still exist. I believe everyone needs to quit worrying about who is right and begin working hand in hand with others on building a better world.
I hope this answered your question.

Yes there is a God.
Every one on this planet has what is called a "God consciousness". In other words all people, even wild natives who live in the jungle, know that there is spirit realm, that there is something beyond what we can see, that has created us and all that the earth provides for us.
In modern society people have debated belief in God as something that is old fashioned or out dated or even unintelligent.
I am of the opinion that people who know of God but decline to believe or follow Him would prefer not to have absolute truth and absolute morals in their lives. In my life I have seen how God has restored relationships, provided when we didn't have the means to carry on, the miracle of babies (especially after doctors had said there was no hope) and on and on.. I have seen people lives transformed after receiving Christ into their lives.
God speaks for Himself in what He created and in His Word and in His work in peoples lives.
Romans 1:19-20 sums this up, it says
"that which is known about God is evident within them for God made it evident to them.
For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse"
We have a choice to follow God or not, so in that sense our lives are not "pre-written". This is not a theory, God is a reality.
I hope this answers your question.

I am amazed that the most obvious (in your face) evidence is in DNA. Every life form has its own complex (extremely so) coding. Its as if all life had been created (oh horrors) by a superior being.., a uniquely designed set of biogenic codes that could not possibly, not by any means be an accident.
The odds of life evolving to such an extent is so vast - that it leaves NO chance for accidental self unconscious manufacture. It was designed, created, and formulated. Each design was made to replicate itself. Its that simple.
Yet scientists in all their arrogance refuse to believe in the possibility of a being that exists on a completely different level than they understand, a being that not only creating all life, but astronomically superior to man in intelligence. But hey, just because someone knows how to crunch numbers better than most people does not make them above stupidity in the face of the obvious answers staring them eyeball to eyeball.

Not likely. Why do you ask?
Science, taken as a whole, tends to cast serious doubt on the existence of a god.
Common sense casts really serious doubt on the existence of the Bible god, a being who has profound emotional issues -- and cannot learn from his mistakes, for we are told by church people that he never changes.

God exists within higher consciousness, something that comes from within. Those that seek and claim a God outside of Self are only looking for a way out of being responsible. The same goes for those that totally deny the existence of ultimate realms of experience.

YES ABSOLUTELY, How do you think the Earth was created.. It was not made by magic!!! Jesus Christ is our Savior.. Without him or having faith, you will not go to heaven, and for not believing and having faith , come judgment day, you will be judged by the Lord.. Those that believe God will forgive, that's why he died on the cross for us. When the day comes he comes to Earth, people are in for a BIG SURPRISE. We are all his children, but when that day comes he will only take those that believe in him, others will be left in shame and to die. People don't read the Bible properly in my eyes, they translate it to say what they want to believe. "There is only ONE BIBLE, n its call the "The Holy Bible", this book is words of GOD! God Bless U!

Personal opinion:
There's no reason to believe in any particular god, and most people only believe in one, or a small group, and reject the rest.
Atheists are people who merely reject one more than many people do, and probably for exactly the same reasons that other people reject all those other gods.

If God does not live in your heart and mind, you do not have a god of substance. If He does then you have everything you need.
I find it amazing that this is a question I have heard only in the last 60 years.
