There is this guy that I really like, but he is my brother's friend, and I don't know if he likes me, or if he is just being friendly. Whenever he is over he hangs out with me, and he always sits next to me on the couch and tickles me and just goofs around with me. Should I be thinking he likes me or is he just a friend?

ask him out, like..just wait for him to say something like this:

just do the direct approach, ask. If your not confident with it, just get notticed or something. Just don't have super high expectations ok?
