A pack for acne or pimple prone skin would be that of honey (1 tsp) with 1/2 (tsp ) of cinnamon powder. Apply for 15 minutes. Due to the antiseptic properties, bacterial infections in the skin are treated. More remedies at the link below

How bad is it, you should go to the dermatologist. I suffered from acne and used everything!!!
retin A thats a cream but it strong and leaves your skin pinkish
Proactive didnt work for me
There are antibiotics that your dermo can recommend
Going on the pill if your a chick
But the one that works for me is ...Accutane in the u.s.a and Roaccutane in other parts

Its worked wonders.
Remember these factors, diet, exercise , stress water
Good Luck!

I agree w/ "Ali" wash your face w/ an oil control clear soap like Neautragena or Pears soap.
OR go on birth control..it is one of the benefits!
Try rinse your face w/ vinegar at night but it smells. It's astringent qualities gets rid of acne and its blemishes.
stay away from dark sodas..that is what brings on my flare ups.

I recommend Proactive ( the acne cream commercials with the Jessica Simpson). It works like a miracle. However, if you don't have a lot of money, wash your face regularly because it just could be heredity in your case. If it is, get proactive, its a miracle, i used it. Just don't overwash your face, you'll irritate your skin.
