what do you do if your contacts are stuck in the back of your head!?

I just got contacts so im knew to this whole world of contacs uh yeah. so please help me. i
t could have fallen out... but i think it might still be in there.
it feels kind of funky and i have a headache. but i searched what feels like my whole freaking eyeball. i realllly need help.

just keep trying....i hate it when this happens... move your eye with the lid up in all sorts of weird positions.... i hope this helps... good luck
