Your muscles need the carbohydrates to replenish their glucose (glycogen) stores, so yes it is a good meal for after an intense workout. Don't overdo it, and remember to eat at least an hour after your workout.

eat pasta and carbs b4 u workout or go on a long run beacuse it gives you the energy you'll need>>don't have it RIGHT b4 you run, most people have it the night b4
