No they are not good for you. Most have more sodium, which will have you retain more fluid and weight.

Yes you can lose weight however, you won't lose the weight as quickly as you would if you were just drinking water. Diet soda has salt (which makes you retain water) and the carbonation isn't good for dieting either. However, it's diet because it is made with artificial sweetener and not sugar like regular soda.

I've heard that there is something in artificial sweeteners that makes you feel hungry. I can't back it up with any proof though. Maybe it's just that you feel so unsatisfied from drinking something that really doesn't taste very good that you end up craving a tastier treat. I do know that if you're trying to quit soda a great heathy substitute is seltzer water mixed with 100% fruit juice. Mix it half and half at first, then cut it back little by little until you're just adding a splash of juice to a tall glass of soda. It worked for me and I used to drink 3-4 sodas a day.

Well, unless you're diabetic, comsuming large amounts of aspartame, such as through diet colas, can make you quite ill. You're almost better off just drinking regular colas in moderation, or quitting altogether. Many people I know have said that they've lost a lot of weight just by cutting colas out of their diets completely.

Good for you..know? Low calorie and less sugar than regular..yes. It will not help you to lose weight outright, if you consume less calories per day than you burn you will lose weight.
There are a lot of chemical in diet soda. Water is a healthy substitute.

Okay I don't know if it's true or not but I heard that diet soda is not good for you because it has a lot of preservatives that can cause health problems. I recommend something like maybe ice tea or water.

Nope. Normal all of the way. I'm now not that caught up within the whole "weight-reduction plan" craze that i'm willing to sacrifice the style of my soda. I don't drink numerous them, so when I do, i need it to style proper.

NO DIET SODA'S ARE NOT GOOD FOR YOU!!! it is a common misconseption that diet sodas will help you lose weight, but really they trick you in to thinking you can eat more because you are drinking fewer calories. ultimatly you will gain weight by drinking them. the artificial sweetners in them cause cancer and brain damage. DON'T DRINK THEM.

neither kind of soda is good for you. they are a bunch of chemicals put together that are toxic to the body. for beverages, stick to water and teas, if you really wanna lose weight and not get sick further down the road

People who plan their weekly meals tend to be more successful at losing weight than individuals who don’t. Plan your dishes to add healthy carbs such as lovely potato and wholegrain pasta, greens and lean proteins, buy all of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to consume out or order in.

Suck that in. Consciously hold in and contract your ab muscles while you’re walking, sitting at the desk or making the meal. This will help to strengthen your abs and your core, and create for you one step closer to some sort of flatter stomach.
