London - no contest. Why would anyone want to live in a city like New York with so few green areas.
To name but two, Richmond Park and Hyde Park are both wonderful places.

Seeing that New York re-claimed its streets from the criminals and unsocials - I'd go there! London is in the position that New York was in prior to the zero tolerance approach - which means it's not a pleasant place right now.

New York...It is the center of the world. London rains too much but great for a visit. Everything from all over the world you can find in NY

London most definitely, but then I am biased and had lived there for a year and a half. Absolutely loved it. If I was ever given the chance to move back there - I would do it in a heartbeat. There's so much going on over there (as well as great beer).
Cheers,

Although my preference is Moscow, out of two you choose from I would say New York. It is cleaner, cheaper and much much safer then London and much safer than it is reputed.
