first of all, to turn cute; you got to change your hair style and how you dress. But, do not change your personality. Usually, a cute guy always make a girl laugh. Make your hair spikey and maybe where some collar shirts and plain old jeans. Oh, and shape up abit. Just to tell the girls that you are cute but not out of shape!!!

First of all, you're only 14, you aren't fully grown. You will still grow an inch or two and your face will elongate. My face hadn't grown fully until I was sixteen.
So, just be patient. However, realize that good looks are decided by bone structure, and not by changes to your grooming. You had best wait.
If it turns out that you are grown, work on your attitude. Attitude will get you further than good looks.
