I really need help on getting a perfect workout.. I'll give you some details. I'm really skinny and I have been that way for a long time.. Now I have a girlfriend and I want to gain some weight and more muscle. I want more muscle or fat around the wrist area, that's the place where it's the worst. I've recently started working out and it feels good, tiring but good. So any ideas? Also, if you can help me out by answering this question as well, can anyone get a six pack? Thanks again for those who took the time to read and answer the question.

You want to gain weight....no problem, there are some protein shakes out there designed for weight gain, just be careful some of these shakes can contaln almost 1000 calories per serving. So if you're not working out and just taking the shakes, you'll simply end up fat, so do make sure you are doing some weight training at the same time.
As for the six pack, anyone is able to develop the six pack abs, we all have the same ab muscles in our bodies, we all have the same muscles in our enitre bodies...the only difference is that some of us train these muscles and use these muscles more often so that they are more predominant. If you want your six pack to show, you have to work on it. Do some crunches, leg lifts, jacknives, all these excercises are tough but they will develop your six pack. Most people have trouble because they have too much fat covering up their six pack, and some skinny people like yourself don't work their abs enough to develop their six pack.

Well first off wat u gotta do is get a gud diet. If i were you, i'd eat 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, and 3 grams of carbs per pound of bodyweight. and man, forget the six pack for now, if u keep a gud clean diet, u dont evn need me to answer that question. another thing is wen u workout, make sure u do 6-10 reps fo each and every bodypart u hit. all this can help you, but also, make sure u get yourself a meal replacement powder aka weightgainer. take that 3 times a day. i usually eat 8 eggs in the morning wit 2 cups of oatmeal and 2 slices of whole wheat bread with jelly. separate ur meals 3 hours apart, nomore. this way u speed up ur metabolism and **** out fat while gainin muscle, but dont think you wont gain a little bit of fat. eat alotta tuna, alotta chicken and a **** load of beef. good sources of carbs are pasta, fat free yogurt, wheat bread, yams, potatoes, oatmeal blah blah. make sure you hit no more than 1 bodypart per day wen you lift. you can do chest and shoulders, or u can do back and biceps. but nevr 2 major body parts, you can always workout the smaller bodyparts with the bigger ones, lik forearms and back or legs and calves. abs should be hit 3 times a week. anyways good luck, youll be a beast if u follow these guidelines. give it a few months to see major changes, this kinda stuff will always take time. generally following a diet like this, youll gain a good 7 lbs of lean muscle a month, well in the beginnin itll be more lik 10-15 but 5-6 months into it will lessen.

There is no such thing as a "perfect workout" You gain muscle by consistantly challenging your body. Since your body gets used to what you are doing, you have to mix it up often to keep your body challenged.
Make sure your eating clean with Lean protiens and veggies, hit the weights 3 times a week and mix up your cardio with some interval training.
Yes, anyone can get a six pack of abs, but your nutrition needs to be near perfect to get your body fat % low and work your core.

"The perfect workout is the workout you're comfortable with"
I actually don't have any advice because I'm a tubby geek who could probably use the same answers but.. from what I hear chicks don't really like the muscley types anyway. Unless you're like uber scrawny or something.
