The question is "what does go and sin no more mean?" What did Jesus mean when he said this?

It means that they are forgiven of their sins, and to go back with new life and do not sin anymore, knowingly or purposely.

The reason I say it wasn't asking her to change, because he already forgave her. He knew her heart.

Rev 3:2 Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die:
for I have not found thy works perfect before God.
[3] Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent.
If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief,
and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.

The same thing as Acts 3:19. Compare and be pleasantly surprised.

John 8:11"No one, sir," she said. "Then neither do I condemn you," Jesus declared. "Go now and leave your life of sin."

Literally from the Greek, The yet she-said not-yet-one (no-one) master! said yet the Jesus not-yet (neither) I you am-down-judging (am-condemning) you-be-going (be-you-going!) and from the now no-not-still (by-no-means-still) be-missing (be-you-sinning!)

It is not "go and sin no more", it is "no-not-still be missing" or now by-no-means-still be-you-sinning. Jesus simply ask her to change her life.

Just as He ask us to follow Him.
