One tip, start now! You could do a lot of damage before morning (overeating, smoking, not sleeping enough, too much caffeine, etc.). Be careful not to always put it off to tomorrow. Wake up and have a healthy breakfast low in fat but high and protein (maybe scramble some egg whites) and some good carbs like whole wheat toast or oatmeal. Drink lots of water through the day and try to get a little exercise in even if its just parking further away from the building in a parking lot. Visualize yourself being healthy. Really think about how you feel as that healthy person. You can do it. I recommend "the secret" DVD or I think there is also a book. It was recently on Oprah. Good Luck!

Exercise. Plus you got to eat right. Its not what foods you eat its how much you eat. Eat small portions. I would eat 5 small portions in one day instead of 3 big ones. Plus, you can't forget to drink a lot of liquids. Water, water, and more water. I went on a canoeing trip for 2 weeks and came back 10pounds lighter. And that's because I drank a lot of water.

Drink a lot of water, sleep a lot, exercise on a regular basis - doesn't have to be a lot, 10 minutes a day can work miracles if it's every day.
