Greece's land borders with Turkey are at the north-eastern part of Greece, called Thrace. The border is a river called Evros.
The rest borders of the two countries are in Aegean Sea.

Well, if you mean geographical border, then there are boarders on land, mainly the river Evros and through the Aegean Sea, which are defined by 6 miles around the islands and land, or where the distance is less it is half/ half.
The other differences and borders include: Official religion of each state (the separation of the two states was done basically based on religion, in 1923.
