What kind of excercises do you do to get your ******** tight? And how do you do it? and are there any specific weights involved in these excercises?

I'm assuming that you are talking about your vagina, so here goes:

Place your finger in your vagina and squeeze around it, when you feel pressure around your finger you have located the correct muscle.

Kegel exercises serve to tone and strengthen the pubococcygeus or "PC" muscles which form the floor of the pelvis. The health of these muscles plays a vitally important role in sexual arousal and climax, as well as in other aspects of bodily functions. Now that you have located your PC muscles, you can begin kegel exercises while your bladder is completely empty.

sorry to burst your bubble.... but theres nothing you can do to tighten your vaginal wall muscles. you are born the way you are. and it is only a myth that is "stretches out" when you start to become sexually active. this is NOT TRUE! what is true is that it does change SLIGHTLY after you have a FEW kids... but if the guy says you are "loose" then obviously they are too small.....

but you are borh the way you are. there is nothing you can do to tighten them... make it feel "tight"

what you are talkign about is the kegal exercise.. these ar only good for controlling the flow of urine and nothing really more..
