Peace is a state of harmony, absent open hostility. This term is applied to describe a cessation of or lapse in violent international conflict; in this international context, peace is the opposite of war. Peace can also describe a relationship between any parties characterized by respect, justice, and goodwill.

More generally, peace can pertain to an individual relative to her or his environment, as peaceful can describe calm, serenity, and silence. This latter understanding of peace can also pertain to an individual's sense of himself or herself, as to be "at peace" with one's self would indicate the same serenity, calm, and equilibrium within oneself.

Happiness is an emotional or affective state that is characterized by feelings of enjoyment and satisfaction. As a state and a subject, it has been pursued and commented on extensively throughout world history. This reflects the universal importance that humans place on happiness.

In the Nicomachean Ethics, written in 350 B.C.E., Aristotle stated that happiness is the only thing that humans desire for its own sake. He observed that men sought riches not for the sake of being rich, but to be happy. Those who sought fame desired it not to be famous, but because they believed fame would bring them happiness. Aristotle argued that humans seek everything else such as; fish, bread, and children. Many ethicists make arguments for how humans should behave, either individually or collectively, based on the resulting happiness of such behavior. Utilitarians, such as John Stuart Mill and Jeremy Bentham, advocated the greatest happiness principle as a guide for ethical behavior.

States associated with happiness include well-being, delight, health, safety, contentment, and love. Contrasting states include suffering, depression, grief, anxiety, and pain. Happiness is often associated with the presence of favorable circumstances such as a supportive family life, a loving marriage, and economic stability. Unfavorable circumstances, such as abusive relationships, accidents, loss of employment, and conflicts, diminish the amount of happiness a person experiences. However, according to several ancient and modern thinkers, happiness is influenced by the attitude and perspective taken on such circumstances.

According to “Building Black Wealth In America” prosperity is that point where all reasonable wealth accumulation goals are exceeded for successive generations, it is the epitome of financial stability, reliability, and security.

In New Age and New Thought circles the term prosperity is often used to refer to the spiritual principle that holds that man's birth right in this world is wealth.

Prosperity is best achieved when one creates wealth with wealth, be it one's own wealth (equity) or the wealth of another (debt).

First define what you mean by peace, happiness and prosperity?
For Bush peace is what he has done to Iraq, to an Iraqi he was better off earlier. Same way happiness if temporary is actually sorrow in disguise, which we all are competing for. Same way what prosperity means to me is not what it means to Bill Gates.
