I worked for Subway inside of Citgo in Ohio who were owned by 1 man. he sold them to Pilot and they tore down the building and built their gas station. i recieved my Citgo w2 but not Subway. Our paystubs were from Hilltop Inc. My friend recieved hers, but the address didn't have a state or a zip code so i can't write to it. i've tried the internet, no avail. Irs said last paystub. i threw those away when i moved. What can I do to find it?

If all else fails, do your best to estimate what you made, and write it in. You can get close by taking the number of hours you worked each week, multiply by the hourly rate, and then multiply by the number of weeks. You can get close on the witholding by taking the total earned for a week and subtracting the amount your checks were usually for. The IRS will work with you if you make an effort, and so long as Hilltop sent your witholding in, the IRS will find it and fine tune your return for you. This will all slow down your refund, but a slow refund beats a speedy penalty notice for failing to report the income any day of the year.
I had to do the 'guesstimate thing' as described a few years ago. Ended up I owed about $60.00, but the IRS called it an error, not a failure to report or a late payment so there was no penalty. Hope this helps.Good luck.

Did you receive two separate paychecks, one for time worked in the Citgo part of the station and one for time worked in the Subway part, with different employer names? If not, as far as I can tell from your question, there should only be one W-2. If your friend got two W-2s, then I'm missing something here.
