I have just finished the treatment for the bacteria H-pylori. I took
antibiotics that I was told would kill the good and the bad bacteria in my stomach in order to kill the H-pylori.
Is eating probiotic yogurt helpful in creating new bacteria in my stomach?. I know that anything with ' probiotic' is also a gimick just to sell enriched foods. However, yogurt IS bacteria so I was wondering if this is helpful.
