I am having a hard time accepting it...I'm glad he is able to do what he likes but I wish drivers would consider that the things they have... come from all of us...when I buy tickets to the race track,t-shirts,hats and trinkets for every family member including the dogs he gets his share.I've been a Mark Martin fan for 15 years+...and I was a FORD fan 1st,and became a MM fan because of ROUSH's connection to FORD...the kids rooms are full of ford stuff...6,17,16,21,88,28,38...each family member has their favorite but it is hard to remain loyal when that loyalty isn't returned.Just like Jr is associated with chevy,Petty's with Dodge drivers need to realize their decisions do affect people...
Having said that...I will still pull for MM, in part from loyalty and part because of the ARMY sponsor...that takes the sting out...GO ARMY!!!
I've seen t's and hats without the bow tie,so I will support the ARMY and Mark...but no chevy for me.

He doesn't look right not being in the 6 more than not in a Ford, but he belongs in a Ford. But unfortunatly Roush refused to give Mark what he wanted. So he went to drive for someone who could. Mark is doing what HE wants, and that's ok with me.

Mark is a class-act!
And, yes... it will take a little getting use to him driving a Chevy. GO ARMY! (I'm an Army vet by the way)
Here is a GREAT site that has almost everything Mark has ever driven.

i trust so undesirable for Casey Mears. he's a marvelous driver, my 0.33 widespread. Hendrick must have a minimum of keep him for an extra beneficial 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. It takes a at the same time as for a driver to in good structure in with a sparkling crew chief, after all. in my view, i imagine that this can be an effective decision to enable them change the drivers in this race. it may help them understand what to assume for next 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. yet I desire they does no longer have released Casey in the first position. He would have done a lot more beneficial advantageous for Hendrick next 3 hundred and sixty 5 days compared to this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. I desire the most ideal for Mark and Casey in 2009. with any success Casey can qualify his way in at domicile, too.

I agree!!! I could see him with any sponsor but switching to a different car manufacture seems out of character for him. Especially after running with Roush for so long. And we know how ol Jack likes Ford.
At least he did not go to a Toyota.

I hate Fords with a passion, but he has always been my favorite of the 2nd place crowd. I'm excited to see him in a Chevy now.
