I was able to copy an open message and past it into a word doc a couple of days ago and now all of a sudden I can't. When I try to paste into word it freezed up (becomes non-responsive) I have to end task and close word. I can copy into wordpad still. I uninstalled word and re-installed and I uninstalled Explorer 7. Now I am back to version 6 and it is still happening. Any suggestions?

I was surprised when this happened but I found that if you look at the top right of the message, you will see a link to "printable view." Click that, copy the message, paste into Word.

i had the same problem a few weeks ago. i don't know why it happened but I do know it still does not work. i now forward the email to a different account - hotmail or gmail and it will copy from there, but not from yahoo. i have no idea why it does that. It's a few extra steps but it is the only thing that i have found that works. Wish i could be of more help, but wanted you to know your not the only one that happens to.
