We call it Over Easy or Sunny side up? What is the correct name?

sunny side up means they haven't been flipped. over easy means it has been flipped. I like mine over medium which means the whites get thoroughly cooked... most of the time.

Over Easy eggs are eggs cooked with soft yolks that have been flipped over to lightly cook the top of the yolk. Sunny Side Up egg is one that is cooked with a runny yolk that is not flipped over in the skillet so the top of the yolk is not cooked and remains yellow hence, Sunny Side Up.

both are correct. Over easy is when it is flipped one time to cook both sides yet the yolk is runny. Sunny side up is never flipped only one side of the egg is ever cooked

It is sunny side up because over easy is when you flip the egg to cook both sides, so it has to be sunny side up if both sides aren't cooked.

I think sunny side up not sure because I kinda blocked egg styles from my mindful catalogue as eggs make me gag
