First of all, for all you wondering, my upper cheek. Its like this patch of redness, its not particualrly dry, it does have small type pimples in it. But not like "pickable" pimples. Anyone have any suggestions as to how to rid myself of this?

Please see a dermatologist. You need to find out exactly what this patch is before trying to treat it...especially on the face. You would never forgive yourself if you treat it incorrectly and end up with permanent scarring. It could be so many things: dermatitis, an allergy, rosacea, etc.

On a side note: rosacea would definitely be something you would not want to treat yourself. Rosacea will go through periods of being better, then worse and, without treatment, becomes progressively worse.

Please see a dermatologist to get a proper diagnosis and the correct and safe treatment for your facial rash.
