I see them testing these new cars, but every race so far has had the old body styles. When do they break out the new spoilers, is it the 2007 season or 2008?

Just for a few races this year, starting at Bristol. Then full time next year I believe.

It's called the Car of Tomorrow, and it will be ran in these 16 races this year...

Bristol [2 races]
Martinsville [2]
Phoenix [2]
Richmond [2]
Dover [2]
New Hampshire [2]
Darlington
Infineon Raceway
Watkins Glen
Talladega [fall 2007]
In 2008 it will be raced in 26 races, then in 2009, it will be used on the whole schedule.

If you mean the COT (The Car Of Tomorrow) then you will see these cars first race in Bristol. They are only running a few races this year for the COT.

They test but it is up to NASCAR to set the date for them to be manditory.
