I am i fairly skinny person (meaning I could wear a bikinni without any embarressment, lol). For some strange reason i loose and gain weight really quickly, like today i might be 5-7 pounds lighter than i will be tomorrow! and then the next day i might be 9 pounds lighter then i was the last day! Its really wierd and i just wanted to see if this was normal??

Everyones weight fluctuates from day to day. I usually have a gain or loss of 3 - 5 pounds each day depending on what I ate over the last few days and how much exercise I got, how much water I retained and so on. This is why it cracks me up so much when people get so excited about losing 1/2 a pound or get so depressed because they are 1 pound heavier than last week.

That's because you are not losing/gaining weight, you just appear to retain fluid a little too much. Do you eat a lot of salt foods, this might explain it. It's just water weight, nothing more.

You eat, you visit the loo(bathroom), you workout.in one day you gain and loss 5 pounds. wake up use the loo and weigh your self that's your real weight compare that if they diff more then 5 pounds a day tell your Doctor.

That is probably just water weight (and probably food on your stomach) that causes that fluctuation. It is normal, and I would not worry about it.
