i'm on the chubby side , but not as chubby as the biggest losers, i wanna know what they are doing to lose it so fast every week. please someone tell me.

ok, The biggest losers dont show everything what the contestants are actually doing.. There on a diet plan which suit for each and everyone of them, everyone diet plans are different.. and here's how they do it... they exercise 4-6 hours everyother day, i was shocked that, thats how much they did that (plus thats why they cry a lot.... lol) And they do the pyrimid theroy.. and now you will know, i will tell you the exact way to eat, on which the biggest loser do.. It's called the 4-3-2-1 step pyrimid...

I've also been going wat your going throught, and trust me I've been pouring myself into books and interent facts most of the time... but I will tell you this there is a pyrimd not the bread fruits.. watever.. its wat your supposed to do.. ok one when you lose weight your calorie count decreases times your weight by seven and you'll get your cal. intake .. so if your 170 lbs.. then your intake should be 1,190.. ok now i will tell you the most helpful tool.. I did it and i've lose a total of 20 lbs so far..

1. This is the 200 cal only.. that means your fats.. Like mayo, and toppings.. fat stuff.. lol duh
2. This is your whole grains... to servings
3. This is your protein, mean your meat, and dairy.. only 3 servings
4. This is your fruit and veggies.. 2 fruit and two veggies...

Remember eat the serving on the bags of the food product no over doing it..
I'll give you an example of a daily meal day for this.

Breakfeast:
Glass of milk and oats.... check 2 boxes.. one on whole grains and one on protein.. looks like this:

lxl l_l l_l protein
l_l l_l l_l l_l fruits and veggies

ok Lunch say you have a tuna and mayo sandwhich.. (tuna is good for you remember that) and a mini can or package of veggies... also a bannana, somkind of fruit.. so check your boxes.. one for fat (plus make sure you write down how much cal.. 1 tbl of hemans lowfat mayo is 45, regular is 90.. so if you choose the regular then you will have 110 cal.. for fat) check 2 for fruits and veggies.. and one whole grain.. (if making a sandwhich i prefer you use wheat.. still good. and one for protien which is your tuna.

so it will look like this:

lxl 200 fats -90 110.. left
lxl lxl whole grains
lxl lxl l_l protein
lxl lxl l_l l_l fruits and veggies

now supper say you had turkey (recommened jennie-o's skinless-bonless turkey, soooo good! if you would like the recipe email me at ginagirl2506@yahoo.com.. ok moving one.. and some hmmmm some kind of veg.. like canned corn.. or green beans wast ever you like... so you mark your boxes one protien and one veg

Now you have one fruit left.. you can have it with your supper, or make a nice smootie to snack on later when hungry!

Plus exercise every other day, drink lots of water also, and don't eat after 9:00pm.. Also do crunches everyother day... Dont exersice everyday, b/c your muscles need to regain strength... so exercise everyother day, and use the pyrimid..

The biggest losers get put on an all fruit and veggie diet to cleanse their system and retrain their body how to direct other foods once they are allowed to eat them again. Also, they work out doing cardio several times a day under the supervision of professionals. When you have 50 pounds or more to lose, the first few weeks of working hard and eating right will seem like the weight just falls off, it's the last 20 pounds and toning and tightening that are the hardest. That is why after a couple of weeks on the biggest loser, they have weigh ins where no weight is lost.

Michael is the guru of the 6 weeks body makeover diet. You can find it at www.Provida.com . Yes the initial weight loss is amazing, but it's mostly water as you begin to flush the body of excess salts. Then the fats comes off, but you must exercise to keep up the muscle.

It is a diet where mini meals are the norm, very limited protein at each meal, only certain carbs are allowed for each body type, etc.

It is an amazing diet. I lost 130 lbs in 9 months on it. But you have to stick to it closely. As you achieve your desired weight, you begin to incorporate back foods that were forbidden, but you can never again return to your former eating habits. Afterall, that's what put the weight back on. That doesn't mean pizza never again, but just one small slice and rething the toppings.

If you find yourself quite over weight as I, then diabetes looms, and this diet really closes that door quickly.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
