i am 13 years old and i weigh about 85 pounds and i am skin and bones but i want muscels ppl say to eat but i dont eat breakfast and i eat chips a slim jim and water for lunch and i eat dinner but i want abs to and in p.e. i dont run and i dont do steches but i dont know what to do

try doing what you don,t do....................eat right,exercise,join a health club..........try Isometric exercise,s......aerobics,s too.

My advice would be to stop eating the JUNK! Eat nutritious food. Join a health club that has weight machines and ask a certified trainer to put you on a program. Go to GNC and buy some high protein weight gain powder. But, before you do all that, talk to your doctor first to make sure you don't have any underlying physical problems that the exercise or health food products may aggrevate. Most importantly, STAY AWAY FROM THE STEROIDS!

i wouldnt worry bout all that right now some people's bodies dont start really gaining weight til later on in life. then again you might be one of those lucky people that just dont gain weight. you are too young to stress your body with man made help.
