why is is that cats..?

Question

why is it that when my family drinks milk my cats follows them around and meows until she gets some..but when they eat chese,eggs,yogurt all that other stuff...she dosnt do it..i dont eat/drink dairy so she dosnt do this to me..but why does she only do it to milk..not other dairy?

As in any culture, the food we eat can be smelled coming out of our pores.

Asian people complain that Americans smell like cows.

Americans thinks that some Asians smell like fish (at least, it seemed that way in Vietnam).

When we consume milk, our scent changes, and the cat wants the milk we have and the milk we have eaten.

She likes milk. She doesn't care about other dairy.

My older cat will kill for yogurt. And spinach.
The baby loves pine nuts.
Go figure.

it probably b/c milks liquid and the only solid he trusts is cat food. but its just a guess, my cat eats anything in site

Maybe he just doesnt like those things like he does milk. You have to remember cats are just like humans, they have different likes and dislikes.

obviously because she likes milk and doesn't like cheese, yogurt, eggs...

if youve ever fed him catmilk he might think that's what it is.. just a guess though
