i got this whitening strips from work and theres no directions or instructions or anything so i dont know how long to keep them in for, or if i sleep with them or what??

30 mins generally especially with Crest Whitening Strips
DON'T sleep with them for safety issues so you don't swallow plastic, and DON'T lick off the gel that is on your teeth. That's the whitening stuff!
