How do you burn AND rot at the same time? And since it is forever, what exactly will I be rotting? Some body that automatically replenishes itself? So what's the point then?

I go to church to pray for the world and all who dwell upon her.
Most times I light a candle.
I don't hear people's screams as they are damned, nor do I hear the voice of angels as the righteous are received into the arms of the Holy One. I just pray. It is a good thing. Prayer. It is like a flower on a green bush. While a green bush is lovely to look at, a flower upon it, is a merry thing, as is the wonderful perfume. The rain comes, the wind blows, the fire burns, but the roots will survive. Yes, Christianity is sweet.

That's not exactly how the whole thing works. To begin with, there is no one who is righteous in and of themselves.
Romans 3:10-11 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.
So that alone eliminates the idea that "righteous people" burn in Hell. If they have rejected Christ's sacrifice on the Cross for their sins, then they are still sinners.
And that 'special incantation,' as you're so fond of calling it, is sincere repentance of one's sins -- which means that you're sorry for the things that youv'e done and intend to turn away from them. Becoming a Christian is not a license to keep on sinning. . .just the opposite in fact.
Yes, Christianity is very sweet to those of us who love Jesus Christ. The same choice that we make is also yours to make -- will He be your Savior or your Judge?

You may not realize it, but not one thing you said is true. If you want to know what Christianity is all about, read the Bible. Sincerely read it. Don't take someone else's word for it, not even a Baptist preacher. Ask God to guide you, and read it. Then you will find out what is really "sweet".

Why did you say righteous? No one is more righteous than God. If someone doesnt repent and fails to put his life in Jesus hands, he will end up in hell, its the truth, and thats why we got to have compassion over the unsaved, pray for them and reach out to them, hoping that they will receive Jesus. You may think its too cruel to send some nice people to hell, but sin sends them there, not God, and God takes sins seriously while we dont.

Yeah, and the deeply religious prayerful Buddhist burns for all eternity in hell just for being a Buddhist, while the murderous, sadistic multiple child-killer goes to heaven if he just accepts Jesus and asks for forgiveness before he dies.

christianity, the religion and realtionship is for horrible ignorant people, and if it doesnt die soon, then many will die from its tyranny. I hate what christians have done to this planet, and i never want to see Earth again. It shames me to be in this human body, a body not of my choosing. They did the Dark Ages, Inquisition, crusades, and Witchtrials, yet they are not sorry for any of it.

Rightousness does not exist apart from God. Christianity is about realizing that we need Jesus, becasue we can't make it on our own. There is no good without Him.

All righteous people go to heaven, regardless of faith. I believe in universal salvation.
