i have limewire pro and mcafee, how do you add limewire to the acceptance thing on mcafee so its not behind a firewall?

When you try to bring up limewire, McAfee should stop it and display a message that "whoever" is trying to gain access and do you want to allow it -- click Yes -- that should do it.
