The cabbage soup diet is actually very healthy and good for you to eat... there are many vegetables in that soup and the taste can be modified to suit you... it can be bland, or you can add some spices to help the taste! It is well known for losing weight, but to try to lose 10 lbs a week is not a good plan, it should go a bit slower! Take some time, exercise and most of all, be careful and try to eat a healthy balanced diet and get all the essential daily requirements ok! Good luck!

Yes, its possible, but its not healthy and as soon as you start eating real food again you will gain all the weight back plus some. I remember as a kid my parents were on this diet. The smell of cabbage soup all day long would make me sick.

first of all, cabbage stinks. don't starve yourself or eat nasty (& stinky) food to lose weight. first, focus on adding more fruits & veggies into your diet. then slowly take all the fatty/fried/sugary/salty food out of your diet.
