My siamese sure does! And is she ever opinionated! LOL She does the yes/no thing too...especially no. She also says what sounds exactly like lemme out when she stands by the door. She has one sound in particular she only makes when she's trying to get me to feed her too. It is hilarious yes. My 2 non-siamese don't talk at all.

I have two cats. My oldest is basically a cat and just sort of meows, but does make some noises like "ick" and "now". The other cat however has a rather strange vocabulary, most of it is "Quack" and a lot of other duck noises. She also says "No" a lot, and sometime I think she says "food". There are strange noises when she sleeps, but not sure if they are words or snores, or just more quacking.

We have 5 inside cats (4 ours,1 foster) and our most vocal one is my not quite one year old male named Columbus. His dad was Siamese and my vet told me what is why he is so vocal. He will shake his head sideways and whine nooo when he does not want put down. And sometimes it sounds like he says mmmhhmm when his is purring and you ask him if he likes his lovins. Most of the time he is just mrrowwing and variations on that! But he always has to be making some noise!

Yes... my cat Kaffe is a talker and I have learnt Meowish in order to have proper conversations with him... but he can understand English, Tagalog, French and Spanish, but always answers only in Meowish. He is a very snobby cat.
I've seen this hilarious video of doggies whose owners have taught them to say a few phrases in English. The cutest was this little dog that distinctly and clearly said, "I want my mamma." Hilarious.

It's quite impossible. Cats cant talk, i guess. The only way they talk is sign language. Like:
Tail wagging furiously=Im angry
Tail dropped=im sad
tail in the air= Im happy!
Black part fills up most of the eyes= Im ready to stalk
Whiskers slanted towards chin= your not trustworthy
Whiskers slanted toward you= your trustworthy

My cat's don't talk, but one of them I wouldn't be surprised if he did start. He's still a kitten, but he seems to be very vocal. However, my dog, Timber (a Siberian Husky) does talk. He says "Mama", "I love you", "I want some" "I want wawa", "where were you?" "Hi Mama", "I want out!". When we ask his name, he says "My name Roo". We call him TimberRoo or Roo for short. He likes to sing too, when we sing or play music. My husband talks to him a lot and they have a lot of conversations. It's pretty funny.

Mine calls "Maaaaaaa!" when she doesn't know where I am, and when I tell her to get in the house she yells "Noooo!"
I ask her in Irish "what's up with you" and she goes into a singsong explanation- we think it's her version of Gaelic.
Check out U-tube- they have a video of all talking cats that will make you howl.
