Make some eye contact (glances are good enough), make yourself seem like a great person to hang around with, but most of all, make sure you make it clear to him that you're approachable...that way, he won't be scared off or have a complete nervous breakdown when you two decide to converse amongst each other.

the best way to get most guys attention is to do things most girls will not do. you could also flirt with him,talk to him.never be shy at all and be willing to try new things.
