Yes I can, signs of liver damage from anything are: fatigue, acidy stomach, feeling run down, dark yellow urine, dark brown urine, white chalky poo, swollen stomach, tenderness just under the ribcage on the right side, take your right hand and lay it on your ribcage line the knuckles at the end of the ribcage and press in and up on your right side, if that hurts, aches or feels bad in any way you have swelling in your liver, indicating damage. Itchy skin, that is not relieved by scratching, head aches, feeling like you just cant get your normal level of energy, over emotional (toxins in your system can make you feel poisonous and nasty, making your mood nasty and hostile). The damage can heal itself if it is not too far gone but you have to stop taking the aspirin, ibuprofin and pain pills for at least 90 days and put brewers yeast in your cereal in the morning, take vitamins, stop eating anything with oil, fat salt or sugar in it, and drink lots of water to rinse your system, get a ton of rest, your body heals faster while you are sleeping. Take support vitamins but be careful what you take, or how much you take because too many of some vitamins can damage the liver and kidneys too. One other way to check is to have a friend or family member go outside with you in the sun shine and you look up down and left too right and ask them to see if there is any yellow in the corners or a yellow tint to the whites of your eyes, if yes? you better take the next step and get a blood test called S.M.A.C, it shows all of your liver enzymes, salts, sugars and fats, a great test and a great way to monitor damage while healing also. Good luck...

You should NEVER wait for any visable sign or one you can feel. I have chronic pain and at least once and usually twice a year I take a very simple blood test where it checks my liver function. It will show if you are having any reduced function or if damage is being caused. If they catch it at this stage it is 100% reversible. Just ask your MD for it.

And I believe it is acetaminophen that has the potential to cause the most damage to your liver. But there are variables, such as how high a dose taken at one time etc. Not sure if you are taking only over the counter medications or RX too, but if you are taking so much OTC you might want to consider speaking with your MD or a pain specialist about a better medication to control pain instead of taking huge quanties of OTC stuff. There are a great many medications, both narcotic and non-narcotic out there that might be better/safer. At least it might be worth looking into.

But please just go have that very simple blood test. Good luck!

Sure indeed it could possibly over use of co-dydramol which is a mixture of Paraceatermal and Codine each r non opiate... How-ever there's evidence that extended use of co-dydramol can result in dependancy to the drug and withdrawl sysmptems when u stop useing it... Morphine acts on the CNS(important fearful system) and could be very addictive. Tramadol when utilized in excessive doses can make you extra susepterble to epileptic suits... As good as nausea diaara and that fav vomiting. To not point out that u hazard TSS(poisonous Shock Syndrome) lol this isnt jus confined 2 females and their tampons. All those drug u r taken r mixing together and it would grow to be with u killing your self. If your taking Antibiotics then u will have to defently reduce way bk on the meds as u can interfere with the antibiotic. The truth that your on your third motive tells me 1 of 2 things. 1.The bactira that is causeing the pain is ristent to that anti-biotic.. 2. The opposite meds are cancling out the antibiotic.. I would go along with No2. Stop all the anguish meds apart from the paracetamol and anti-biotics. Im sorry but untill u clear one of the crucial poisonous junk outa your approach your gonna b impeading the anti-biotic. My next suggestion is unlawful however may b of some use.. If I have been u i would are attempting smokeing some weed no longer the stuff u get on prescription however the standard stuff.. I had an abcess and it woz just a few days until i might get some ant-biotics from the healthcare professional. I just took paracetamol and smoked weed labored for me. I even have a relatively bodily job and a few-times my mussles ache but as a substitute of attaining for the para i've a spliff or 2 it fairly do's support.. My foremost recommendation discontinue mixing the meds afore u kill your self!!!!!!

When taking prescription painkillers you must not be concerned only with liver damage. You must also watch out for kidney damage.

Once visible (physical) signs of liver damage appear, much damage has taken place. When it is indicated that you take painkillers, periodic laboratory examinations must be done in order for you to know if your liver/kidney is starting to be damaged.

To answer your question, the signs of liver damage due to painkillers is the same as the signs of liver damage caused by any other hepatotoxic drugs. These are jaundice, enlarging abdomen due to enlarging liver, loss of appetite, to name a few.

Acetaminophen produces more damage to the liver than ibuprofen does.
