molo...LISTEN to me please...
In order to lose weight your body must start to live off your "stored up body fat" (what you are wearing right now) by taking the energy it needs from those fat cells....got that?
This is where the weight LOSS comes from.
For that to happen, you must BURN more calories (that is...working up a good sweat and heart rate) than you take in by food (ingest)...ok?
Exercising and then eating a pizza is not gonna hack it...
you have to work and sacrifice to lose weight...it's not easy but it is very rewarding when you see results on the scale.
Ok, now...which exercise?
You need to do something FUN...joining an exercise group could do it...playing on a Volleyball team would be good...look around for some kind of fun activity or sport that you can participate in and then stick with it...develop a daily regimen that you can look forward to doing....otherwise, you'll get bored and give it up.
and...exercise till you SWEAT...if you're sweating you are definitely burning those calories.
Good luck!

Anything that involves speeding up the heart. Running, cycling even dancing. It is preferable if you do this at least 3 to 4 times per week 30 minutes a day. It's best to do it in the morning because you body burns all the carbs you eat during the night and you burn fat in the mornings before you eat. It also helps to stay away from sugar and carbs. Green tea is great for losing weight and lots of water also. Lets just say I've lost 50lbs in the last 3 months and I eat like a pig. Good luck!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

You need to start slowly and build up to fast paced cardio workout. Start with some stretching and then jumping jacks to get your heart rate up and walking around your neighborhood. After a week or so of that then add in crunches and just turn the music up loud and dance around your house. The best thing for weight loss is cardio so anything that you off your behind and moving at a fast pace is good. It doesn't have to be work to work!

You should go on daily half an hour walks. When you get fitter you can go fo longer walks and then start jogging. I do it everday and i feel really good and energised all the time and it keeps off any weight i might put on from over-eating and stuff...

Your exercise will always be easier, and your daily activities more efficient (like passive exercise) if you learn to STRETCH the first thing, every day.
Believe me, it is the cure all for my clients, and I have lost a lot of them once they learned how to take care of themselves.

Simply moving enough to get your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes will help. Vacuuming, walking going up and down stairs, dancing. ;)
