Are you talking about Go Daddy? It's not a web site but an Internet domain registrar and web hosting company.
You design a site and they host it for you for a nominal fee.
I use them to host my portfolio site, and I love it.
No catch, just cheap web hosting.

I signed up for Big Daddy, however I found it didn't fit my marketing methods.
It may work for some and it may not work for others.
I use mostly free classified advertising to drive traffic to my site.
