Can anyone suggest a Maltese or a Yokie Breeder in San Francisco?

I would love to have a Maltese or Yorkie can anyone suggest a breeder in San Francisco or in the Bay Area... I have small kids and have tried the SPCA but they refuse to let me adopt a dog ( even a pup )...any suggestions ?

P.S. They don't allow people who have children under 10 yrs old adopt

Why did the SPCA turn you down?

Even people with young kids can adopt according to the page, All family members MUST be present to adopt
